There is a place where a clear stream flows through a beech forest in Tadami.
The place is called "Megumi no Mori", which means "Blessed Forest".
The stream flows over monolithic rocks.

Because the river flows over rocks, there is almost no gravel in the riverbed.
This unusual stream flows on and on.

There are trails on both sides of the stream,
You can walk along the trails and through the stream to the upper reaches.

The stream is shallow, so if you wear boots you won't get wet.
Of course, if you don't mind getting wet, you can take a dip in a slightly deeper section.
Children will also enjoy themselves there.
This is a good place to visit in the summer.
Soaking in the pure water of a river deep in the mountains of Japan is also an experience not to be missed.

In some of the place, the rocks on the riverbed still contain the remains of ancient trees, giving the place a sacred atmosphere with an ancient history.

The Blessing Forest is the best place to experience the natural beauty of Tadami Town.
It is a place that is hard to find anywhere else in the world, let alone in Japan.
It is a bit far from the station, but I urge you to visit there.
